After Virtus Pro took down Team Secret 3-2 in a fierce best of five match-up in the winner\u2019s bracket final of Kuala Lumpur Major, eight squads stand above the rest in Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) points for the 2018\/2019 season.<\/a><\/p>\n The eight teams with the highest DPC points by the time five major and minor event of Valve have ended in 2018\/2019 season will secure their ticket to The International 9.<\/p>\n The system of DPC points of 2018\/2019 season is totally different to the year prior. Teams now accumulate points, rather than players.<\/p>\n Virtus Pro, the champion of the Kuala Lumpur Major, clinched 4950 DPC points.<\/p>\n Team Secret picked up 3000 DPC points after finishing second.<\/p>\n Evil Geniuses performed very well in Kuala Lumpur Major, especially from Arteezy\u2019s Arc Warden, picking up 2100 DPC points.<\/p>\n Ninja in Pyjamas tallied 1350 DPC points and had no penalty incurred, despite using Mind Control as a stand-in for 33.<\/p>\n TNC Predator and PSG.LGD both collected 900 DPC points.<\/p>\n Vici Gaming and Fnatic are the last on the top 8 list, holding 600 DPC points each of them.<\/p>\n The next occasion for them to acquire DPC points will be on The Bucharest Minor starts on 9 January 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n
