BetBoom Team finished the TI12 group stage in second place with a 3-0-1 record, with their only loss coming against one of the tournament favourites, Team Liquid. Virtus.pro barely made it through Group C with a 0-3-1 record, but they forced a draw against LGD Gaming, which is nothing to sneeze at.<\/p>\n

Since then, VP have looked like an entirely different team. They swept TSM in the deciders, took a map from Team Spirit (1-2) in the upper-bracket quarterfinals, and crushed Entity (2-0). BetBoom Team, on the other side, lost against 9Pandas (1-2) in the deciders, defeated Keyd Stars (2-0), and edged past Talon Esports (2-1).<\/p>\n
