Despite losing to Heroic in the grand final of the BLAST Premier Fall Final, FaZe Clan’s sniper, Helvijs “broky” Saukants, has taken home the top individual honour, being crowned the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the tournament.
The Latvian sniper was awarded his second ever MVP, after an outstanding performance throughout the Fall Final, adding to his IEM Katowice MVP from earlier this year.
The 21-year-old has started to find some form towards the end of 2022, after averaging a 1.29 rating over the ten maps that FaZe Clan played.
Broky finished the event as the number one player in three categories; kill/death differential (+72), kills per round (0.86) and 1+ kill rounds (55.8%).
He also finished among the top five for damage per round (82.5, #5), deaths per round (0.50, tied #2), KAST (76.6%, #2), clutches won (8, #2) and impact rating (1.25, #4).
The two series where broky stood out the most were against OG (1.55 rating) in their opening series and against Ninjas in Pyjamas (1.30 rating) in their semi-final.

Ultimately, his outstanding performance wasn’t enough to get FaZe over the line against Heroic in the grand final, as they went down 1-2 in a very competitive best-of-three series.
Anyone that followed Heroic from their runner-up finish at the IEM Rio Major will have picked up a nice return, as the $4.00 second favourites won the BLAST Premier Fall Final.
We now move onto the final event of the year, the BLAST Premier World Final, where six of the eight teams that featured in the Fall Final will compete for the $1 million prize pool on December 14.
