9INE enter ESL Challenger League Season 43 as the reigning champions, having won the last running of the event with an incredible lower-bracket run. But since their finals victory against BLUEJAYS on October 23, 9INE have played just three official matches – against Anonymo Esports (6-16), ENTERPRISE esports (2-0), and AGO Esports (2-0).
So even though 9INE are in good form (7-2), they’ve not played a single official match in over one week. ForZe are in a similar spot, as they’ve played just one match since October 24, when they swept Fnatic Rising in the opening round of the ESL Challenger League.
9INE and forZe have met just twice before, most recently at the start of September, when forZe won 2-1 (15-19, 16-8, 16-8). But even though forZe came out ahead the last time, we would argue that this bout will be much closer than what the offered CS:GO betting odds suggest.
9INE have proven themselves at this level of play, and while forZe are a far more established organisation, they’ve not achieved much this year. On paper, forZe look stronger and might come out ahead, but it won’t be a clean sweep.

AGO defeated Team Falcons (2-0) in the opening round of ESL Challenger League S43, marking their first victory following a four-game dry streak. Over that stretch, the Poles have lost against Anonymo Esports (4-16), Tricked Esports (0-2), 9INE (0-2), and HAVU (0-2).
For The Win Esports are 3-2 over their last five outings, with wins against Movistar Riders (2-1), SC e-Sports (2-0), and ENTERPRISE esports (2-0) and defeats against Dynamo Eclot (1-2) and Ungentium (0-2). So while their numbers look better, FTW haven’t faced any notable opponents.
Esports betting sites have priced FTW Esports as underdogs for this match; we can’t argue with that. They have not shown much over the last three months, and the players are not in very good form; André “Ag1l” Gil is the highest-rated player on the team, with a 0.93 performance rating.
AGO need to work on its consistency and map pool, but it’s not like For The Win Esports are much better in that aspect, with a positive win rate on only one map (Dust II – 67%). This is a perfect opportunity for AGO to bounce back, and we can be sure that they’ll grab it with both hands.
